This section describes ways to share those cooking skills - organizing a club, hosting a Cook off and basic food judging guidelines. We hope this book will help to remove the cloud of mystery that often accompanies Dutch Oven cooking. We also hope it will develop confidence and creativity in Dutch Oven cooks everywhere.
