Sour Cream Coffee Cake 3/4 cup butter 2 cups sugar 2 eggs 2 cups flour 1 tsp baking power 1/2 tsp salt 1 cup sour cream 1 tsp vanilla Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and beat well. Blend in vanilla. Add four, baking powder and salt. Blend in sour cream. Pour 1/2 the batter in a greased 10 inch Dutch Oven. Sprinkle with brown sugar, cinnamon and chopped nuts. Add remaining batter and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Check and cook another 20 minutes if not pulling from sides of Dutch Oven. Glaze with powered sugar, vanilla and milk mixture.
